Training Details.

The Sharks main training sessions are on a Tuesday night and a Saturday morning (Weekend training can change dependent on if there are games on).

Tuesday Night.

7:30pm-9pm @ GHA Rugby Club. Group Drills and skill work focusing on how to move the ball around during a game effectively.

Saturday Morning.

11am – 12:30pm @ GHA Rugby Club . Group Skill work focusing in on how to pass the ball, sharpening skills needed to play the game.
