The Sharks main training sessions are on a Tuesday night and a Saturday morning (Weekend training can change dependent on if there are games on).
Tuesday Night 8pm-9pm @ GHA Rugby Club (sometimes at Queens Park Recreational Ground). Group Drill and skill work focusing in on how to move the ball around during a game effectively and efficiently.
Saturday Morning 10:30am – 11:30am @ GHA Rugby Club. Group Skill work focusing in on how to pass the ball, sharpening skills needed to play the game.
We also have some optional fitness nights held at GHA Rugby Club on Wednesday from 6:30pm
